We require all clients to complete the "UNSHADED" areas of this form before collection and then return it to us. If your
consignment includes a registered vehicle then the VMA form must also be completed.
This form along with your deposit forms part of our contract with you.

2) Vehicle Movement Authorisation.
This form must be completed by all clients wishing us to transport a registered vehicle across ANY international border.
This applies to any kind of vehicle with a number plate and the form must be completed by the OWNER ONLY and
be accompanied by a copy of the owners passport, registration documents and consignment note above.
