Removals Price Guide

IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTE:

Concerning all cross-border transportation.

All goods must be unsealed and available for full inspection prior to departure by customs.
50% deposit is required prior to departure.
Full payment in cleared funds is required on arrival at your location.
We have standards and will report any illegal activity to the authorities and may request
a police inspection of the vehicle before arrival at customs.
Due diligence, relevant permits and paperwork remains your responsibility. Please make sure
everything is in order prior to our departure. Thanks.

These terms are NOT negotiable.

We offer these levels of service

1) Parcel Service (Where available): Price is only €75 for small non-urgent packable items up to a size of 40cm x 50cm x 55cm with a weight of no more than 25kg. To use this service your parcel must be brought to our departure point or made available for collection at an en-route point by our van. The same applies for the delivery, we will not go off-route for this service so motorway service areas are ideal locations. The price is a flat fee per packet and collection & delivery can be in any of the countries we pass through on our trip at a time to suit us but items can only be carried on one of our round trips so date critical deliveries cannot be considered. ONLY AVAILABLE on UK/France/Spain trips.

2) Part Loads: This service is priced from €200 per cubic meter and for this price YOU PACK & WRAP then we pick up and carry to your destination. This is our standard service on which all our prices are based and for this we assume that your goods will be ready for collection in a downstairs position so that we can just load and go and then deliver to another downstairs destination. If any goods are not situated downstairs or require extra manpower for loading then the job will be charged accordingly at an extra €25 per hour. The price is a flat fee per cubic meter or part thereof and collection & delivery can be in any of the countries we pass through on our trip at a time to suit us but items can only be carried on one of our round trips so date critical deliveries cannot be considered. Items can be collected or delivered off-route taking into consideration the charge for extra mileage, but please bear in mind what is on-route one time may be off-route next time or vice versa so please plan carefully.

3) Full service: We carry out the full collection & delivery just for you at time to suit you (or as close as possible). This is our premium service and is priced accordingly from €1750 for UK deliveries and for this you get the whole van just to yourself and is ideal for small removals etc and we guarantee that your load space will not be shared with anyone else in one direction.

PROBLEM: Here in Spain it is not possible to get 'in transit' insurance for your goods as it is normally part of your household policy. Please check YOUR insurance before accepting our service and if you are not covered it may be possible for us to obtain one-off UK cover at extra cost.

German based vehicles do not have this problem and all goods are fully insured on those services.
